An independent voice on vehicle value.

Oaktree Auto Appraisals is an independent appraisal firm representing policyholders and lienholders in total loss valuations, diminished value claims, and proceedings invoked under the appraisal clause. Our reports are grounded in local comparable sales, recognized valuation methodology, and a documentary record suitable for submission to insurers.

About the Firm

Oaktree Auto Appraisals provides independent valuation services to insureds and their representatives across the United States. The firm does not work as a staff appraiser for any carrier and accepts no contingent compensation from insurers; our obligation is to the integrity of the valuation and to the party that retains us.

Each appraisal is prepared in writing, supported by local comparable sales, mileage and condition adjustments, and the customary industry references. Where the dispute proceeds under the appraisal clause of the policy, our principal serves as the named appraiser and engages opposing appraisers and the umpire in accordance with the policy's procedural requirements.
